Planet Dog: Your Dog’s Gonna Love These

I’m Ted, Australian shepherd doggie blogger. Planet Dog recently sent me some products to review. Here goes.

OK, first I have to give two paws way up for the Squeaky Baby Blanket Buddy. I fell in love with it instantly and it’s my new go-to toy. Hours of fun; highly recommended. The Orbee-Tuff Sport Tennis Ball didn’t do much for me, but that’s purely personal preference. Maybe if my parents threw it for me I’d like it better. They probably think it’s a chew toy. Seems like somebody could use some training (dog joke).  

Let’s move on to something dear to my heart—food. I’m in love with the Chicken & Pumpkin Pot Pie “eats.” Can’t get enough of these. I haven’t tried the P B & J flavor, but I’m sure they’re good too (hint, hint).

Now on to walks. Love going for walks! I much prefer to go off leash, but when Dad saddles me up, I like the Planet Dog hemp leash. Dad appreciates the fleece-lined handle; same stuff as my Squeaky Baby Blanket Buddy. Guess good taste runs in the family.

Lastly, there’s the On the Go Food and Water Bowl. Nice! I like the green color, and it’s good to have water when you’re on the go. I mean, our masters are always carrying those water bottles around, right?

Oh, and my parents keep talking about what a cool company Planet Dog is. They use nontoxic and recycled materials that are good for us and the planet. The company’s Planet Dog Foundation has given away more than $1 million to support dogs that help people in need’I can get behind that.

To wrap this up, I’m a fan and thanks for the stuff! I’m quite a happy puppy and I hate to take issue, but . . . Planet Dog has a tagline: “Wagging tails always guaranteed.” Australian shepherds don’t have tails. In the interests of political correctness, I’d like to propose an asterisk after the tagline and a note that says, “* Australian shepherds don’t have tails, but if they did they would wag them too.”
